“ Who’s dog is this?” Many people abandon their dogs or cats. Pet abandonment has been an issue in the world for who knows how long. Pet abandonment is when someone leave their animals, especially dogs, in a place like boxes, woods, outside pet shelters, etc. Pet abandonment face many problems,and those problems can be solve. Pet abandonment starts out as someone abusing the animal. For example, If a dog did something that the own didn't want him/her to do, then he might start yelling at the animal, and start to smack him/her. This makes the owner either not want him, or he wants to kill the animal for doing that. To follow up, owners might drag the animal around. The owners would force the dog/cat to do something, and if the dog/cat won't do it they would pick them up and make them, or they would start whipping them with something to get them going. If they get caught doing that, they can either pay a fine or go to jail for animal abuse, or they get their animal taken away. To add on, some owners put their animals in a confined space. What this means is that, they either put the animal in a small or big enough cage, or they lock them up in a room that could be hot or cold. These places that people put them can make the animal aggressive, and make them think that that's their territory. Abuse a is problem for animals in many places.

First, when people neglect their animals they tend to tighten the animal collar. This shows that the owner wants the animal to either joke to death or the owners make sure nobody will be able to free them.
