The company is mostly runned by vets and their team. Petsmart specialises in many area like selling of fish and tanks, reptiles and different products for various animals which are usually outsourced or produced by another company. Petsmart has helped stray pets find homes with families. Rather than selling dogs, cats, rabbits, and other larger animals in the store they usually give them for adoption through local adoption groups. They also specializes in grooming of animals where they give a full money back guarantee if the customers are not happy with service provided. My Lovely Pet shop specializes in selling of dogs, cats and animals for adoption, they don't sell fish but there are other shops where people can buy. According to the Indian law it is illegal to sell/buy reptiles like snake. Just like Petsmart they also have wide range of cat and dog products which are always outsourced. Petsmart provides many benefits to their staff like healthcare, dental, associate discounts, pet insurance and some more. As far as the training is considered they don't have a certificate program but it's on the job training and helping them in communication. Benefits are very minimal like health insurance and paid holidays. Canadian work laws very different from different for e.g. maternity leaves are for 1 year plus 6 months for care; whereas in India it’s only 6 months of maternity leave and sometimes it also varies.
