~ I was running. Running for my life. They were gaining on me. I had to escape somehow. “AHHHHHHHHHHHHH”, I scream as I tripped over a root. It was as if time stopped, everything was suddenly in slow motion. I could hear the trees rustling, the crickets chirping, and then I heard leaves crunching behind me. I know there was no use in running anymore, so I turned to find a dark silhouette with dark red eyes standing over me. The moon glistened on the silver sharp knife the figure held in its hand. In a sudden movement, the figure sliced through the air with its knife, stabbing me. I felt excruciating pain throughout my entire torso. A rumble went through my throat as I yelled in pain. I felt as if you could hear my screams from miles away. “BEEP. BEEP. BEEP. BEEP.” ~

“That was the 5th time I had this nightmare and woke up screaming.” I thought to myself. At this point, I’m glad I live alone so I don’t disturb any other people. I finally found the strength to get out the bed and get ready to go to Pevensie Vine High School. I hate that school with a burning passion, only because of Missy Davenson, the high school diva/popular girl/little miss perfect. I groan out in distaste as my bare feet hit the cold, wooden floor of my bedroom. As I walk in the bathroom, I gasp in horror at my appearance. My hair was disheveled, sweat layered my body, mascara rimmed my eyes making me look like a raccoon, and you could see the bags under my eyes from only getting 4 hours of sleep for the past 6 days. I took my medicine my doctor prescribed me to stop me from hearing the voices during the day, although I really hate taking them because they make me feel odd.
