In order to provide successful learning environment, teachers have to organize various issues in terms of relationship between teacher-student and student-student in the classroom. To this respect, teacher plays an important role inside the classroom along with her/his teaching profession and these main concerns can be listed as earning respect, establishing rules, appreciating group processes and dynamics and lastly creating a culture of inquiry. First, respect is the keystone of social life, which strengthens and shapes our relationships with individuals not only in the classroom but also in our social life. In addition, sharing my expectations from them and their expectations from me and the course, in other sense, making rules, do’s and don’ts at the very first class might help not to squander much time on behavioral issues. For instance, if I teach high school students, the usage of self-phones, cheating and some behavioral problems might distract the learning environment. Therefore, while building up new rules and norms it will be easier for students to accept when the new rules and the norms complement with students’ past experiences. For instance, when I was in high school, one of the teachers had to quit and a new teacher replaced her place. She was trying to impose her rules and norms in an explicit way and we, as a classroom started a war against her rules because of our past learning experiences and rules such as changing the places of our seats, which was considered as a dramatically important issue at that years as a high school student. Unfortunately, the class lost the war, yet; the teacher also lost our confidence too and it had harmful effects on our learning environment whole year. Instead of forcing students to do something explicitly, she would be successful if she had implicitly made necessary adjustments according to her style.
