Philosophy Statement

I believe each child should be given a fair chance to learn to reach the type of success he or she wants to be. We know that children learn at different rates than others do and a teacher can meet the needs of the students pace. Many Americans believe that teaching is a natural talent but teaching requires more than experiences and qualification. Teaching involves commitment and the passion to connect with his or her students. As a future educator I believe that all students should be treated differently because every student are not the same. It is best to have multiple strategies on how to teach a child. which comes first achievement or self esteem? but first what is self esteem? self esteem is “satisfaction with oneself” How can you achieve something when your self esteem is low, how would it be possible excel in something when you’re not putting in hard work? I believe a teacher should be able to show compassion, guidance, and strong work ethic when it comes to working with students.
