Being a local trying to find an authentic Asian restaurant can be a hassle. Especially if the person were to live locally in the city of Santa Ana. For this reason, Santa Ana isn’t popularly well known to serve ethnic food, other than Mexican, Italian or any form of western culture food. Therefore, most of the population is Hispanic related or Caucasian. Meaning, there is no need to serve other ethnic food because the population is either too little or has no support to maintain a restaurant business. However, those who are fortunate enough to build a restaurant within the racial community can stand out from the ethnic crowd. In this case, a Vietnamese restaurant that’s not far from where I lived, serves authentic handcraft Vietnamese entrees. It can surely mean that service should be taken note of and be given more credit at Pho Asian Grill. People more than often forget to give credit to courteous staff member whom provide comfort at general restaurants. At Pho Asian Grill, the workers there can be highly neglected and only seen as pawn for customer to take advantage of. However, even though the waiter and waitress must listen to every order a grubby person ask them to do. They listen intently and tolerate any rude behavior a customer blabber them about. Then, once the order has been place, meals will be preparing from eight to twelve minutes into being serve. Eventually, coming in result, it shows incredible fast preparation speed and a delightful warm taste of the cuisine. Surprisingly, the service at Pho Asian Grill restaurant are tolerable with customers as well of showing amazing speed in preparation time.
