I said how many times I'm going to exercise every week. This objective is measurable. I’m using a measurable time. This objective is both achievable and action oriented. Increasing physical activity is achievable. This objective is action oriented because I’m going to exercise more. This is realistic because I have planned out how to increase my physical activity. I will start walking around my park, three times, and then climb the long stairs at the park near the long slide. This is also time oriented because I said I'm doing to for three weeks.

Social support means having friends and other people, including family, to turn to in times of need. Have friends that have the same motivation as you, and will go with you to exercise. And let them tell you that physical activity is important for our health. Know that your friends and family will be there to cheer you on and not ditch you.
9. Precontemplation: In this stage, no current intention of changing. They have tried to change the behavior, but have given up. Contemplation: In this stage, people in this stage knows their behavior and begins to contemplate to change. Preparation: In this stage, close to taking action. They thought of a plan. Action: In this stage, people begins to follow their plans. The people who put more thought in other people are more likely ready. Maintenance: During this stage, people continue to change their action and working towards to make these changes. Termination: At this point, the behavior has integrated into their lives.
At first, I had no intention to increase my physical activity because I’m a lazy person. Then, I began noticing that if I keep getting fat, I’m going to have a bad health and increase the risk of disease. I have made up a plan to increase my physical activity.
