I have been able to work side-by-side with a Pathologists ' Assistant since day one and because of this, I fully understand their role in the medical society. I owe a lot of what I learned as a grossing technician to them because of their guidance, input, and examples. The more I asked them questions and the more I watched them work, the more captivated I became by their role and realized I wanted to be in their position. As a result, I believe that my close working relationship with the Pathologists ' and Pathologists ' Assistants, as well as the exposure and knowledge I have gained by working in the department will help me succeed, particularly in Loma Linda University 's Pathologists ' Assistant program. Loma Linda University is a good fit for me a few reasons.

Becoming a physician assistant will allow me to assist those in need of health care in my community. Through volunteering, I found that health care is a huge problem in poor communities such as the one I live in. Many of them cannot afford health insurance due to the high expenses and those that do have insurance are restricted because insurance companies find ways to pay only the minimal of medical expenses. This leaves many people in debt or without treatment due to high medical expenditures. These people pray every day that they are healthy because the value of being ill is out of their reach.

There I will obtain the skills needed to pass the certification exam. In this career, I'll have the opportunity to give examinations, diagnoses, and treat patients under a licensed physician.
His response was radiology tech. I liked the idea because the program is a part of the medical field and the fact that the human structure is interesting to me. In that case, I do not know exactly what a radiology tech does, besides the fact they take x-rays of the human body. That all changed when I had the chance to observe a radiology technologist named Doctor Kit and when I watched a video by CareerRx, both were on Youtube.
