1. Plan for Professional Development
The technology integration was initially directed to the teachers to the extent that the students did not appreciate the change in their education system. The technology has been the current trending aspect that has brought about the appreciation of learning other new ideas with the concern of getting students to the best level of interacting with the different phenomenon. The major concern and intended practice that will stand as a requirement are the application of the technology by teachers in class and this narrow my project to the integration of the Piktochart tool of Infographics for Kindergarten students.

The project will involve the provision of demonstration to the teachers alongside the live experience and provide the technical directions for the tool use. Infographics tools have the identical feature of improving on the children experience and without any compromise; the tools have changed the shape of education.
2- Procedures
The infographics tool will provide support to the teachers in providing practical sessions, and the implementation of the project will get two sessions. The initial session will define the provision of description and do any necessary settings to the Piktochart then finalized with the practical presentation of how to use the tool to enhance visual representation to the children. The session will aim at providing the first-hand experience and competence.
