Point of View: The point of view of this story is third person limited because the narrator describes everyone except Matt as “he” or “she” but the narrator knows the way Matt feels and thinks throughout the story. 9. Style: (a) I believe that the author’s diction of this book is mostly colloquial because the narrator writes in a language using words and phrases that are appropriate to the specific time, place, and region. (b) The book was easy to read in my opinion. I liked the way the author wrote because they made the whole experience feel as if I was actually living through the story with great feelings and descriptions. 10. Characters: (these are the ones who made the biggest impact on the story but these are the majority of the characters)-
