Ponyboy Curtis and Matt Cerruti both have many similarities and differences. Ponyboy is 14 year old greaser who lives in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Pony is a greaser who likes to smoke and hang out with his friends. Matt Cerruti is a 13 year old boy who lives in Huntingdon Valley, Pennsylvania. Matt likes to play sports and hang out with friends! They have a lot of similarities and a lot of differences! Matt Cerruti and Ponyboy Curtis share many similarities and differences in style, personality, and interests. They are all contrast points. All though they dress to their time period. They both live in different time periods. Ponyboy is at the time of leather jackets and low socks with blue jeans. Matt wears shorts or sweatpants, t shirts, jerseys, high black socks, and basketball shoes. Also while Pony is wearing leather jackets, Matt is wearing hoodies! Also Matt wears all different types of colors, but most of all he wears red. Ponyboy wears only white, blue, and black. Matt wears basketball shoes. Pony and his time only wear high-tops. Matt also has short hair with a flip in the front. He puts some jell in his hair. Pony has long black hair that is really greasy and covers his eyes. He got it cut to make it short with blond hair. Pony feels that his goal in life is that he has to help out his friends. Matts goal is to be kind to people and go to college! Also Pony helps his goal by wanting to bet the Socs! Matt wants to go to college, but it doesn’t end there. He wants to college and play sports there. They both have different mind sets at school! Pony’s is to just get a passing grade. Matt’s is to get all A’S or B’S! Matt Cerruti and Ponyboy Curtis share the same things in interest and activities. Pony loves to run track. Matt also likes to run, but not for a track team. They both like to play sports. Also Pony and Matt love to hang out with friends. They both have interests in watching movies. Matt is also interested in girls and so does Ponyboy! Matt Cerruti and Ponyboy Curtis both like to have fun. Matt and Pony don’t have to drink to have fun. Matt Cerruti and Ponyboy Curtis also have differences in interests and activities! Some of which are that Matt plays every sport under the sun and Pony only runs track! Also Matt loves to watch sports and learn the game perfectly. Pony doesn’t watch sports.
