Major Political Actors Bill AB 1124 was approved by Governor Jerry Brown on 6th October 2015. The bill stipulates that the administrative director should create a drug formulary before 1st July 2017 to be in the medical treatment schedule regarding medications prescribed to workers in the compensation system (Perea 2016). The important bill was introduced by democrat Henry Perea with the goal of preventing the overutilization of numerous drugs and opioids. Also, the bill aimed at saving taxpayer’s money for other important ventures while still meeting worker’s requirements for medication within the system. Henry Perea’s decision to sponsor the bill was informed by a study that revealed the numerous savings states like Washington and Texas were making by adopting formularies.
Women used many different ways to earn the right to vote in the Women's Suffrage Movement. The first method was parading in the streets. There was a parade with floats and lots of women marching holding signs demanding the right to vote. This method was used to get publicity for their cause. It was reported about in the newspaper.

The wanted to rebuild a relationship with Britain, assumption of debt from the revolutionary war, and programs with encouraged manufacturing. The Jeffersonian republics were run with southern agriculture in mind.

Populist built there platform around several issues from more money in circulation to the government owning communications and transportation systems. Populism impacted life in the United States in a positive way.
The populists started from farmers and grew into a national movement and political party. It all started with Oliver Kelly and the grange of the patrons of husbandry. The patrons of husbandry promoted economic and political well being of community and agriculture. The populist party was organized in st. Louis in 1892.
The Populist Party otherwise called the People’s Party was founded before the Civil War, the party consists of farmers, laborers, and socialists, where most of the populist came from the South and the West. When trying to define a word such as Liberalism it seems difficult to find a solid definition. There are different forms of liberalism and different meanings depending on the time period it is being applied to (idea taken from Phil Badger author from philosophynow). To solve this ambiguity, I’ve decided to define liberalism based on the time period in which I will be conducting my research.
