This essay will outline the positive and negative effects of physical education on the heath of students. The positive effects of PE on students health is that students who learn to enjoy moving and playing vigorously are more adapt to continue being physically active throughout their lifetimes. When they get lots of practice running, throwing and kicking and preschoolers, they are going to be better at these skills than children who don’t get the opportunity to practice. Students who participate in physical activities are more alert in class, immune function and stress levels decrease.
