POSITIVE SPIRITUAL ENCOUNTERS:-
Positive spiritual encounters are those a person, people, families or congregations meet up with when they experience the presence of the Lord. For instance, in the tabernacle they could not stand by reason of the glory of God or when Apostle Peter and John experienced the glory of God on the mountain top and Peter didn’t want to come down anymore, but asked the Lord if they could pitch-up tents to stay up there forever. Positive spiritual encounters were also experienced by Moses through the burning bush, Saul – Apostle Paul on the road to Damascus, the disciples on the day of Pentecost, the falling apart of the walls of Jericho through the power of praise, the supernatural provision of manna from heaven …show more content…

They are loaded with packages of good tidings. In Christ is found every goodness, He is the Alpha/Omega, Author and Finisher of our faith. He puts us at a better position and place. We certainly lack nothing in Him. Negative spiritual encounters described later on at length in chapter four are drastically turned over to positive spiritual encounters when the ‘good’ Lord intervenes on our behalf. So either way, God Almighty is exalted and given the praises in the seven case examples of how the evil one attacks the children of God. It is when we experience the hand of God delivering us from a fatal accident, warning us of dangers to come, when we are spared from having our properties stolen or from death by a whisker. For some, positive drastic encounters might mean seeing angles and ministering spirits vividly, hearing the ‘still quiet voice’, heavenly dreams and visions. Such as happened to the Apostles of old when they were preaching the gospel of Jesus Christ and He kept revealing Himself in signs and wonders. This reminds me of how gracious the Lord has been to all my three children who have had their portion of heavenly visitations through dreams. This shows that Jehovah God speaks to children through
