Could you imagine waking up one day and instantly become famous? That’s what happened to Austin Richard Post, known as Post Malone. As a young artist, he went viral from a single song uploaded to SoundCloud. He’s a symbol of chasing your dreams no matter how crazy they are. Malone is one of the most respected and successful artists to this day.
Post Malone was born in Syracuse, New York on July, 4 1995. Eventually, he moved to Texas at 10 because his dad was offered a job opportunity to work for the Dallas Cowboys. Although, he did not fit in at school, he continued to dress up the way he wanted every day because he knew that was him. Because of his admiration of Guitar Hero, Malone started to make music using his guitar. Rich Post, his dad offered him guitar lessons if he stuck with it but denied it because he developed his own style. After hearing about his friends moving to Los Angeles for a popular Minecraft channel on YouTube, Malone asked if he could move with them, and he promised his friend he would pay him back.
