How much pride a man can have? Well in Jack London’s short story “To Build a Fire” the Man made choices that got himself killed. Reasons the Man got himself killed were he traveled alone, he built a fire under a tree, and he had too much pride. First reason the Man got himself killed was he traveled alone.
