Written communication is used among the internal people and also among the companies. The effective communication is able to promote employee morale, straight communication can be appreciated by the employees. Upward communication goes from down to up , so from the employees to the boss in order to let the upper know what the employees feels or thinks about something . The forms of this communication can be employee survey , letters and face to face discussions with the managers . Through upward communication employees can share their new ideas and this can lead to great innovations by the company . As I mentioned by downward communication ,if employees know about products and services of the company they can perform better and act as company ambassadors in front of people who are not employed by the company.
