Disparate treatment analysis: The assumptions made by the staff of Arts Faculty based in the sensitive information deposited by the complainant in the Tyler Junior College' record office was the national origin – migratory legal status when the record shows to an undocumented student without student's visa. Such assumptions impacted staff's educative decisions when did not attend the complaint' s claims, denied the educative accessories services that offers the Arts Faculty's Writing Lab, and retaliated with the Police Station in December, 2010 , January 2011 and May 2013. Nichols (1974), was a civil rights case that was brought by Chinese American students who had limited English proficiency. The students claimed that they were not receiving special help in school due to their inability to speak English, which they argued they were entitled to under Title VI because of its ban on educational discrimination on the basis of national origin.
