Most of the advantages offer great information deemed beneficial to the researched topic. Some of these advantages exist form previous research discoveries, known as literature reviews, however advantages are also discovered by the current researcher. There are great advantages to this topic of study. One advantage are the connections the researcher has in the Child Welfare System. For this reason, the researcher believes it will not be too difficult to gather the information needed through interviews and surveys. The great amount of surveys required to be distributed (100) does appear to be a lot, however, with all of the connections and cohesive working relationship in the child welfare system will be very favorable. Another advantage are the literature reviews that serves as secondary sources supporting or refuting the assumption by the researcher concerning privatization being a hindrance to the Florida?s foster care system. According to this week?s hall view, a primary advantage is the case study methods of research offers managerial skills to the researcher. This is a great advantage because additional knowledge is being gained during the process. This would include organizational skills and educational information. The limitations that are currently being experienced is time. The time factor is a challenge due to the researcher having a full time job and other obligations. However, the research project has become a priority until completion. Another limitation during this project has been resources. Regardless of the type of research, some of the experiences are the same. It is a known fact according to former researchers most research are related to situations and circumstances that exist. According to an article by PSUD43, (PSUD43, 2012)? Case studies allow a lot of detail to be collected that would not normally be easily obtained by other research designs. The data collected is normally a lot richer and of greater depth than can be found through other experimental designs.? This is very valuable because the knowledge gained will bring incite to the topic of study. The further the researcher explores, more material will be revealed and used as a contribution to project of study. In addition, the educational enrichment is always an additive. Another advantage was wisely stated in an article on the website IN slideshare, (IN, 2011). The article stated, ?It improves analytical thinking communication, developing tolerance for different views on the same subject, ability to defend one?s own point of view with logic and enhances teamwork of the participants making them efficient over time.? During this course, there has been a great amount of extensive study, critical thinking along with writing enhancement.
