In defiance, when a specific good or service has a high supply and little demand, the price of the good or service declines. Every business offers a good or service to a customer or another business. The supply and demand of the good or service affects the earnings obtainable from the market. Object lesson: When gas prices are increased the cost because of limited supply, it affects businesses globally and locally. When fuel costs is raised, transportation companies have raised operational costs. Now the bar has to order more fresh beers, because it needs to last for more than one day. The older beer has a negative effect on the taste of the bars fresh beer and sales start to decline. In this situation, the extensive supply and demand of gas was very affective to this company’s inflation. In the case of this company where it is pretty much designed and thought around transportation, the price of gas will have a lot of influence. If the price is high then the rates will increase, and if gas prices decrease then rates will as well. The maintaining of the buses also tags along with the rates. The overall prices of each passenger will be calculated around gas, driver, and toll (if any), bus maintenance, employee’s payments, company taxes, bus extras (such as: 24 hour dispatch service, 24 hour road service assistance. Wi-Fi), bus cleaning, insurance. The sales needs to at least fill up half of the bus to have some kind of profit.
