The printing press is the most major impact on the economic growth out of all the factors. The printing press has encouraged the growth of the literacy. Since the printing press has decreased the value of the book which all the sudden the people could afford to purchase the books, which it encouraged the literacy rate to grow rapidly. With the higher literacy rate, the people soon received a better education. The increase of education has to lead the results of better governance due to the people are more aware what are they voting for. With better governance in the system, the economy will boost. The society started off with a small group of people hunting and gathering the food. The society was all about survival. They go whenever the resources are available. Eventually, over the time, the population had boomed which the land and the resources became more limited. People soon discovered that they could survive on the farming, which they could remain, alive as long there are enough of food to provide them. It also reduces the conflict on the usage of the land. Due to the usage of the land that is limited to ownership, the people could not freely hunt the animals. People would eventually breed the animal for domestication purposes so they could have animals to provide them help in farming such as plowing. They also domesticated the animals to provide them materials that will help them increase the chance of survival such as sheep’s wool for clothes to provide them warmth during cold …show more content…

The land had become smaller and scare among the fast growing population. To accommodate the limited resources, the wealthy landowners rose to power by using feudalism system to make people work on the land in exchange for food and shelter. The system was unequal for everyone since the landowners had proposed high taxation that disallowed the residents from able to move out or save up enough money to purchase a farmland. Shortly after Black Death, the population had declined which the survivors would be remained trapped in the system, even though there is more space to spread out. With the introduction of the Printing Press, the new ideologies on how people should lead the government, rather than wealthy lords ruling over them. Although the democracy provides more opportunity for people to earn their own wealth, the inequality remains high. People who born in lower class may find themselves trapped in their class due to the fact the lack of access to resources. Global inequality had increased as also due to the overwhelming imperialism in all over the world. Capitalism has encouraged the business owners to impose the cheap labor exports to remain the trade interest in the balance with other countries to keep the economy system
