Kristi Burton Brown says in her article 10 reasons not to have an abortion that many pregnancies can be tragic.
A. Being raped doesn’t erase what’s been done.
1. Baby being diagnosed with a birth defect.
2. Mothers health might be at risk.
B. Kristi Burton Brown also mentions that abortions can mess up relationships and families.
1. When a family member dies, it reflects on every family member.
2. Every family member carries that tragic on their conscious day after day.
3. Having this tragic brought upon your family or loved one is never a good answer.
C. Kristi Burton Brown also mentions that It can create new problems.
1. Mothers believe it can solve their problem to have an abortion.
2. But, abortion hides problems, it doesn’t solve them.
3. Problems will never be solved through killing an innocent life.
Transition to 2nd main point: Abortion may seem like the answer for you, but it’s not. It’s not empowering or liberating to have an abortion when that baby feels all the pain it’s being put through during the procedure.

V. The website procon.org says that abortion is murder.
A. Killing a human being is wrong, even if it isn’t born yet.
1. Unborn babies are considered human beings by the US.

Federal Unborn Victims of Violence Act, say’s: “to protect unborn children from assault and murder,” states that under federal law, anybody intentionally killing or attempting to kill an unborn child should “be punished…for intentionally killing or attempting to kill a human being.” The act also states that an unborn child is a “member of the species homo. sapiens.”
3. The website procon.org mentions, abortion is killing a human being, which defies the word of god. (Exodus 20:13 Thou shall not murder.)

1. From conception, a new life is being made.
