This report focuses on the cloud based ICT infrastructure of a web development company called Probe Inc. The infrastructure includes four major components which are the web development, project management, business operations, and access control and security. Among these four components, the access control and security is the only one that is not fully migrated to the cloud environment due to latency and high security risk. However, this does not exclude other components in having issues with their integrated environment to cloud. \\ \\

Delay in continuous integration (CI) system, connectivity, and security are some of the issues that can have a potentially negative effect to Probe Inc. if not mitigated. The utilization of the CI system to automatically merge, test, and deploy codes to the production server can cause some implied delay in updating the application. These issues includes vendor lock-in, web development related problems, connectivity, networking protocol, interfaces, virtualisation, compliance, and security. Furthermore, issues on cloud security is given more emphasis on these report. Given the mentioned issues on the cloud-based ICT infrastructure of Probe Inc., potential solutions to these problems are also explored from the existing publications.

The issues and solutions are tackled in the context of the cloud-based ICT infrastructure of Probe Inc., a small size company comprise of twenty web developers, three managers, and a director. This company has migrated their own local data center to the cloud environment wherein their migration to cloud is primarily caused by the bottleneck of managing and maintaining their own local data center. As more projects coming in, provisioning became more complex to perform and network administrators are being stressed
