All you have to do is make sure you have the correct ingredients and cooking supplies to make sure that they turn out nice and moist instead of hard and dry. Also, mixing the right amount of ingredients will enhance the chances of consistency in your cookies. Baking the dough at the right temperature for the right amount of time will prevent any overcooking or undercooking of your cookies.
