The process for a candidate to become a president can be long, he has to go through many categories in order to pass to be elected to take office. I believe it is not a good process for the following. One it is really long when the results could actually be the same in the end. For example me the way I see the president, he has so much hatred towards certain things and he made it seem as if it was if it was so easy to get to the presidency. He really didn't have many showings of intelligence on how to run a country, he has never been in politics in the army or ever fought for his country. He is only a billionaire that only knows about business. On the other hand, his opponent had experience on running the country because her husband is the ex-president of the United States. For example Trump, he began promoting hate and somehow everyone began to know him because he made clear his bias. Then there is also Marco Rubio who often mentioned his name a lot in campaigns to make people know it was him. Campaigns can include social media advertisements and many things that the candidate affirms will happen once he assumes charge. Sometime the candidates do not have money to begin a campaign so there could be other people that finance their campaigns. Obama was finance by many contributions from universities and many other organizations. On the other hand there is people like Trump who self funded his campaign, he spent around 66 million dollars for his campaign. Now a days campaigning is mainly done through the internet by creating websites and makes stuff known to all citizens.
