I am a fourth-year Bachelor of International Business Management student at Petra Christian University and Inholland University of Sciences. As I approach my final stage of study, I need to plan my next steps in my career once I graduate. Hence, the Professional Personal Portfolio is created. Professional Personal Portfolio is the student assessment of her development in the studies as well as the professional field.

The content of this Professional Report will covered:
1. Introduction. The introduction explains the purpose of creating the Professional Personal Portfolio and the structure of the report.
2. Reflection on International Business Management Competencies. IBMS competencies concentrate on nine professional competencies and seven generic competencies. This reflection will be written separately in two chapters. The self-reflection on the student current IBMS competencies and development is conducted using STARR model. Moreover, the reflection is being supported by the work examples which can be found in the Appendix. Therefore, it provides a concrete evidence of the student’s excellence in the IBMS competencies.
3. Reflection on the personal SWOT. The student’s strength, weakness, opportunity, and threat in the professional field. The assessment will be analyzed by the result of the QUINN test.
4. Curriculum Vitae. It is an advertisement of the student by displaying her education background and experiences in the professional field to the future employees.
5. Professional Provision. This section covered my short-term and long-term vision in my future education and career. This will be used as the guideline on what the student is aiming in her career
