According to “Professional Socialization,” ordinary people must be socialized or trained to be killers, and not only to kill. Also, most of the perpetrators of genocide were part of military organizations, such as Hitler who was a soldier in WW1 before he becomed an organized genocide. They often create people who are able to commit abnormally evil behavior often through training. However there are many ways to turn ordinary people into killers through training and socialization. "Foot in the door" wants people to demand more by building small promises. It uses the natural social instincts and psychology of humans to maximize the ability and willingness of individuals to kill themselves. It is the torture and abuse of those who do not comply.
