Throughout this paper, professional standards and institutional ethics will be discussed and this writer propose that further studies should be considered in order to fully identify with the ethical/legal relationship between physician and patient in regards medical treatment or procedures. For the purpose of this paper and before reviewing both each medical case, professional standards and institutional ethics will be defined in order to discuss the following medical cases.
