Project Scope Management Plan Project Scope is a document that defines, and controls contains of the project and scope, including all the tasks involved in creating the products of the project and the processes used to create the project scope (Schwalbe, 2011). Effective scope management is required to avoid the challenges that might come with extended scope and requirements. In any project the stakeholders play a vital role, especially in providing the requirements for the project and requirements is related to the quality, the business process, regulatory requirements, and compliance, thus is responsible to fulfill the stated objectives. Therefore, this is the process that involves in documenting the needs and requirements of stakeholder with the determination of meeting the objectives of the project (Monnappa, 2017). WBS provides the source for planning and managing the schedules, costs, resources, and changes in the project, therefore it is considered as the foundation document for the project management (Schwalbe, 2011). Furthermore, WBS is a deliverable-oriented grouping that defines the total scope of the project, including the scope statement, requirement documentation from stakeholder, and organizational process assets. So, all the task that is included in the WBS is extremely essential to complete to make the project success while the task that is not included in WBS is not necessary to complete. For creating WBS decomposition is the tool and techniques that will segmenting the project task into pieces. The WBS itself, the WBS dictionary, a scope baseline, and project document updates are the end result of creating the WBS (Schwalbe, 2011). Moreover, the WBS of CMR system, a project manager is accountable for creating a WBS that defines main objectives in the beginning and then categorizes all the task necessary for the completing the goals of the project. Further, there are total of six people who are directly engaged in the completion of the project, the task of designing, developing the database and dashboard, building the project and implementing is subdivided into manageable and controllable tasks in a hierarchical method.
