Perhaps, the word should have been "his" and a quick edit can quickly fix this. Also, "into" should replace the "in" in the phrase "...to enter in the equation..." to improve the grammar. Next, in the attached document, the word “reference” on the reference page is incorrect. The word “reference” is centered and has the appropriate sentence case; however, it should not be in bold (American Psychological Association, 2010, p. 37). This is also a quick fix. In addition, the references provided have proper formatting; however, I am not sure whether the research methodology reference would be considered scholarly material.
