Animal testing is when scientists perform tests on animals to gain information for their research. In 2001, around 1,236,900 animals were being tested on. While some believe that animal testing is important, others believe that it is unnecessary. However, it provides scientists with valuable and accurate information. One argument supporting animal testing is that animals give valuable information.
