College degrees provides the better job, better opportunities, and a better life. So, everyone seeks the college education but not everyone can get it, even those who gets can't attend their first-choice college. This is due to the financial circumstances. 1 According to the College Board, the average cost of tuition and fees for the 2016–2017 school year was $33,480 at private colleges, $9,650 for state residents at public colleges, and $24,930 for out-of-state residents attending public universities. Our obstacles will be the financial weakness, fewer members and less interest by students in our group. Starting with the design and frame of the department and system of our organization we will create the first phase goal of our team i.e. publicizing. To make the students know about our organization we will start with the planning of publicizing that includes pamphlets and posters around the college, link to our organization in college websites to all and public conventions. With a starting number of members, we will start the second phase which is electing the members for the required positions to run the organization effectively. Although our group have limited resources and cannot workout efficiently like these organizations, we can learn and gain some idea about the strategies, work out plan of these organization and apply to our organization. TICAS (The Institute for College Access) is helping students to complete their studies through their plan and strategies. Mostly, this organization help students to manage the student debt and helps them to know about the different grants and aid available for students like,” federal Pell Grant's importance for student access and success which helps more than 8 million students - most with incomes under $40,000 - get to and through college each year.” (TICAS’) Similar planning and goals of these organizations can be obtained by our interest group. With the limited amount of resources, it will be a great challenge for the groups like ours to compete and succeed in the politics.
