What makes you a worthwhile helper? I 'm always on the JerryandHarry Server everyday, whether it 's just me or I 'm with my friends, I answer questions, tell the chat to not sware or use racial language. I help people out with problems and I 'm always in a good mood. Why we should choose you: I think you should choose me since I 've always been an extremely nice person, answered people 's questions, kept chat clean, etc. I would love to have the ability to be a Helper on this server because I 'd be an even better person to know that I have the power to keep this server what it has become today and make it even a greater server heading into
although this isn't minecraft it has the same responsibilities, i have to kick, mute and ban people for there immaturity and selfishness. Cyclone network is a server I want to represent and make sure that this server keeps a high reputation. i am hoping i can become staff on this server and make it even more wonderful than it already is. 4. How long have you been playing on CycloneNetwork?
English Do you use Skype?(Don't post it here): Yes, and I am very familiar with all of its commands. What can you bring to the Staff team? : I can bring tons of positive things to ArsonPvP as a staff member. I can dedicate TIME. Time is an important aspect because it shows activity in a player.
I can play about 5-7 hours a day Have you had any past staff experience? Past experience as staff is on, ParaPots: Mod ViperHCF :Helper Friends Server: Manager Srafe: Mod Why should you we accept you for staff? I believe you should accept me at staff because I'm fit and mature for this job.

While researching the market for a paralegal, I looked up annual median pay and how many paralegals are employed in a few different states. It was interesting to see that a larger state had fewer paralegals employed than a smaller state, but population has a lot to do with that. For instance, in Ohio, the annual median pay is $48,240 and there are roughly 7,890 working paralegals with degrees(Bureau,16). In California there are 29,190 working paralegals with degrees and the annual median pay is $59,130. A state with a smaller number of residents is Wyoming.
What strengths/weaknesses would you think you would have moderating a server? Be honest. Strengths: Some strengths I believe I represent are showing kindness, treating all players with respect, being friendly to all players, no matter who they are, showing a great sense of humor, knowing to be mature when I need to, and always showing a positive attitude. Weaknesses: Some weaknesses I believe I need to improve on is PvP, playing on Prison more, getting a little more involved in chat, looking at other chat messages while helping another player, and being less aggressive when I tell people, "I 'll report to a Moderator, Thank You!"
Player drama - Is annoying for everyone, chat starts getting spammed, then it becomes a hassle for the staff, So what I would do to start of is tell the suspect to watch their actions while they on the server and to try and keep the arguments to a minimum and ask whats the issue if two, three people have just fell out, I could consider asking them to just /ignore the suspects who are starting on the victim, I could even try and get them all on team-speak and sort out their issue while their on the team-speak but I will keep considerate and tell them to consider their actions so no server actions such as a mute, is taken. Staff should be able to do their job in peace, the staff member should be good enough to either take a small punish member depending on the situation, but in my opinion as I have a long temper
“There ain't no sin, and there ain't no virtue. There's just stuff people do.” (166 Steinbeck, Wrath) This quote from John Steinbeck in The Grapes of Wrath states that there is no sin and no virtue which is quite ironic considering that one of the novel's themes is using anger as a virtue, used to fight against an oppressive vice. Steinbeck also uses various symbols to help create a more distinctive theme.
What elements would you say make up the perfect murder story? When you read about a murder mystery you need to be intrigued and want to keep reading. Authors often do this by using suspenseful and ominous moods to keep the reader interested. In Roald Dahl’s mysterious story “The Landlady,” he engages his readers with the building of suspense as the excerpt goes on. Authors often create captivating moods through the development of setting and foreshadowing.
The different types of support that may need are as follows: 1. Counselling or coaching: This involves providing personal coaching or counselling skills to the staff. The people who give coaching are trained professionals who have much life experience and they help people to make changes in their work life. If this support is provided to the staff, then there would be less problems and people would also become less resistant to further changes. This means that they would be ready and would accept any changes made in the future.

As mentioned in Module 3, theory often guides the helping professional’s decisions when interacting with the client. Theory, coupled with knowledge of the situation and client preferences, is used to ensure that the helping professional makes sound, practical, and efficient suggestions. Sadly, the role of the helping professional often involves heavily sensitive and emotional topics. While demonstrating empathy and care, it is imperative that a helping professional also maintain a professional demeanor. Let’s continue with the example from Module 3 about the helping professional who comforts women and children who have suffered domestic abuse.
Au Pairs is a wonderful program that puts out an advertisement for families that are in need of a domestic assistant, especially from a foreign country, that are welcome into the host family as a part of the family. The au pair is usually expected to share household responsibility, typically surrounding child care. One can find several sites over the internet dedicating to the Au Pairs program. While this can help both Au Pairs and the host families to come across the suitable match, there is usually always a catch to a set-up as good as this. The probability of coming across a fake au pair or a fake host family is usually very high.
Volunteering is a way of helping others. It is giving a person 's time and ability to help someone who may be in need of help. Not only does volunteering help others, but what they may not know is that it can be helpful to themselves. It is a great way for someone to interact with others in their community. It gives someone that time to themselves while also creating bonds when they are doing the greater good.
