On April 25 1986 a catastrophic event known as the Chernobyl disaster occurred in a nuclear power plant in the now abandoned town of Pripyat, in northern Soviet Union. The disaster occurred during a night safety test which simulated a blackout due to a failure of the design and negligence of the reactor operators the worst nuclear disaster occurred, and the lingering effects of radiation still taint the land. This and many near misses are the reason why there is a controversy about nuclear energy. Since Chernobyl there have been “they have been around 56 nuclear accidents many had been situated in the USA” (Li, Xinpeng) these accidents can be caused by a multitude of things such as negligence, a flaw in the design, or something that could not be planned for. One thing that can be considered hard to plan for is what happened for the latest nuclear meltdown to have happened, on 11 March 2011 in Tokyo experienced a level 9 earthquake the 4 largest earthquakes in the
