In the duration of WW1 and WW2, French speaking Canadians were against being conscripted because they felt that there was no point in Canada fighting European wars. Whereas English speaking Canadians supported conscription, mostly to help out Britain in the battles. There was a choice here to either side with the English and conscript people or to side with the French and not go through with it. Canada went through with conscription. This proved to French Canadians that the Canadian government would support the English population whenever there was any form of a debate.(Legare, 2017, 1).
Pros The outcome of the Accords was a legislative framework detailing matters relating to land, membership, financial accounting, and resource development. The Métis got to hammer out documents setting out the structure and powers of the settlement governments. A Métis Settlements Appeal Tribunal was also established, and they were given the right to create judgements relating to land usage, the membership of the Métis settlements, surface rights relating to the land base, and the jurisdiction over many other matters. It is a quasi-judicial body that is funded by Alberta Aboriginal Relations. The Minister and the General Council each appoint a vice-chair and two members, with the chair being appointed by the Minister from a shortlist of nominees

The French and Indian War brought about many positives for Britain and the Thirteen Colonies, including removing France as a threat to North America completely. However, this conflict proved to be wildly expensive for Britain, doubling the national debt. In order to begin cutting back on this debt, the British government began to pass acts that would start taxing the Colonies and controlling the trades in North America. As Americans began to feel the effects of these acts, they began to see the British as encroaching on the freedoms they sought when they traveled to the Colonies. Kim Klein begins her affirmative argument by stating that the policies imposed by the British Parliament did violate the rights of Americans.
In 1493, Columbus founded the island of Puerto Rico. Puerto Rico was finally named this in 1520 after is was named San Juan Bautista by the first settler in 1509 named Juan Ponce de Leon. Puerto Rico started to evolve and in the late 1800’s the first form of government was put to power and abolished slavery. In 1898 the Spanish- American War occurred, in which the U.S. wins Cuba, Puerto Rico, the Philippines and others from Spain under the Treaty of Paris. The Organic Act of 1900 was approved, which established the civil government and free commerce between Puerto Rico and the United States.
It was a good idea for the US to add Louisiana. It helped the US become a better and stronger country. The price that was paid was not in lives but in money. Fifteen million dollars is a bargain in today’s prices for all that the US received. There are many pros and there are not too many cons to adding Louisiana.
The colonist were patriots because they were being oppressed by the British and they were trying to have freedoms like every human has the right to. The British taxed the colonist for almost everything that they could which included the Tea act, stamp act, and the sugar act. (Burgan) Because of these reasons to them they were doing the right thing to do in the situation that they were in.

Kidblog Hey Brett if I was alive during the Revolutionary War days I would want to be a Patriot because you get to protect our country. No matter what U.S citizens always wanted to protect the Patriots.
According to ArticleⅡ, SectionⅠ, Clause Ⅴ, of the Constitution, a person must be a natural-born citizen to be eligible become president. However, many people from other countries have had the qualities and experience necessary to become president, yet they have been hindered from doing so by this foolish provision. Clearly, this is not right. I believe you do not need to be born on US soil, to become president for the following reasons: (1) many people misconceive the meaning of the word natural-born citizen,(2) many people from foreign countries have helped America in many ways,(3) most other countries do not have similar qualifications Firstly, many people misconceive the meaning of the word, natural-born citizen. According to an article by the Harvard Law Review, the word natural-born citizen actually means that a natural-born citizen is someone who has been given birth to by a parent who is a citizen of the United States regardless of where he or she is born, without going through the naturalization process.
Puerto Rico is a beautiful and diverse island with a rich history, culture, and people. Currently, Puerto Rico is a territory of the United States of America but for many years there have been proposals for Puerto Rico to be granted statehood. Puerto Rico was acquired by the United States from Spain after the 1898 Spanish-American War and there have been notions for independence and statehood since the 1950s. As a territory of the US, Puerto Ricans are U. S citizens by birth but they do not have full rights like other states do. Puerto Ricans can vote in presidential elections but have no representation in Congress or the Senate and dont receive many financial benefits stateside citizens receive.

It is illustrated that some children are raised in the homeless shelter when they are undeveloped. For instance, Eric and Christopher had both grown up in homeless shelters with their family and younger sisters who needed them to go out in the streets to panhandle for enough money for food. Because the place where the boys were living were full of drugs, and what they sense and see was affecting them to become most embittered and distrustful of adults (“Jonathan Kozol”2012). These children are American, but they cannot enforce their authority on going to school as for gaining more episteme. Because we know education opportunity is created for all kids.
Charles Darwin, associated with Cambridge University, revolutionized science with his theories of evolution. His ideas birthed new ways of understanding how species came to be. According to Darwin, the key driving force behind evolution is natural selection, which occurs under environmental pressures leading to speciation. Natural selection allows a population to adapt to changes in environmental conditions. Natural selection also explains how one species may evolve into another through the process of speciation.
Economic activities such as trade in produce and skilled labour continue to benefit the West, because the consumption of the West dictates the production in the Region. In return, the Caribbean Region depends on Europe and North America in particular for goods as well as capital in the form of technology, machinery, foreign direct investments and loans. This dependency syndrome provides a firm foundation for an unequitable trade arrangement between the Region and the West. Furthermore, the Region is always indebted to the West, and certain financial institutions – the World Bank and Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) chiefly. These institutions strategically help to enforce and continue the hegemony of the
