Cases where officers are using aggressive force to kicking a peron in the head, tackling a pregnant woman to the ground and pulling a weapon on teenagers at a pool. With some cases where a wrongful death occurs, riots from the community start to grow. Obviously, riots indicate a significant collapse in stability and order within the community and could be viewed as a sign of social breakdown.
