The benefits are mainly impacting positively within the lower income families and it gives the opportunity to those who were not capable of purchasing of healthcare insurance. Meanwhile, it reduces the cost for a better healthcare service. It expands Medicaid to 138 percent of the federal poverty level, providing this coverage to adults without children for the first time”.
