A very controversial topic in the past few years has been immigration. Immigration is better for Canada because it helps introduce different cultures, increase Canada 's growth, and raise economic worth. Canada is well known for its diverse cultures. Immigration helps introduce many new cultures to Canada, aiding it to keep the diverse, vibrant and accepting identity that Canada currently has today (Vaughan). The reason immigration helps give Canada the identity it has today is because if Canada didn 't accept immigrants it would be less diverse and more un-inclusive.
I am with immigration because it’s a good thing, because it grows the business here in the USA, because some immigrants work and they pay taxes which could help the nation with many different things like school, streets etc. Immigration is also a good thing because there would be more diversity because it would educated people about different cultures and have people have an open idea about different cultures and ethnicity https://www.embraceni.org/migration/the-pros-and-cons-of-migration/ . There are many cons of immigration and some pros of it. At this point, they just make it so easy for immigrants to get in whether they are legal or illegal. I say this because it has happened many times.
Each year, approximately 300 thousand immigrants get deported, which means they get sent back to their original country . Some people may think positive about immigration however, immigration is negative due to economic issues, mass deportations, and terroristic threats. Illegal immigration hurts the economy because the more immigrants that come in, the more money that the government loses. For example, the U.S. government loses over 116 million dollars each year and the number keeps rising as more immigrants come in. The government loses this money because since the illegal immigrants don 't pay any type of taxes and put themselves into many welfare programs.
