In a healthcare environment, there are many types of abuse and fraudulent activities that can occur on a routine basis. Many of these are done intentionally, while others are done without understanding they are being done. These practices can actually be considered unethical and can result in serious outcomes such as having your license revoked, and paying fines or even prison time.
