In the last few years, there has been higher demand for making education easily accessible to everyone, especially military members, full time labors, and stay-at-home parents. As a stay-at-home dad, I am needed the flexibility to complete my education without attending a traditional classroom environment as many others in same situation. To meet this demand a technology was developed called Learning Management System or LMS. This system is a software application or web-based technology used to plan, implement, and assess a specific learning process (Rouse, 2005). The main purpose of this technology is to deliver course curriculum to the student in a structured method by improving the performance and augmenting the training. Today, LMS is widely used by government agencies, academic circles, and companies for employee professional development, recruiting assessment, and distant learning. The main functions of ALMS are broken down into three groups. First, the external management system that details the process of how the ALMS interfaces with other systems. The second function is the training support management where storage, registration, catalog, scheduling, and resources of courses takes place. The third is the direct interface or execution of training; this function provides courseware testing, training, and evaluation, providing the student with a virtual classroom-oriented experience (U.S. Army PEO Enterprise Information System, 2015). To ensure LMS works properly the following minimum requirements needed to be
