The first line of the Preamble of the Constitution starts with the words “We the People of the United States”, it goes on to say, “In Order to Form a More Perfect Union, Establish Justice, Ensure Domestic Tranquility, Provide for the Common Defense, Promote the General Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to Ourselves and Our Posterity, Do Ordain and Establish this Constitution for The United States of America”. These were wise words spoken by our forefathers in time they was considering all mankind. Nowadays, in my option the leaders that sit in the seats of power, in our government, seem to have lost the respect of the order of governing this great United States. Although, that there is a law in place for affordable health care to Americans it still not a fact that Obamacare would be affect generations after for legal immigrant and citizens. Providing free health care to United States tax paying citizens and kids under the age of 18years old would help decrease situations of families lacking the proper treatment or annual checkups. Obama care have provided around 30 million of 44 million uninsured Americans access to health insurance. While majority of them already benefited from these services but higher income tax papers insurance rates are increased while majority of the lower just receive the benefits. “The cons of Obamacare for low-income Americans are that some states, despite 100% federal funding for the first year and 90% thereafter, have decided to opt out of coverage for their poorest thereby leaving 5.7 million without coverage.” Depending on what states you live in it is not garneted to even receive Obama Care. Some states for them to reject Medicaid Expansion it doesn’t mean they are trying to save money. In fact, the studies on whether or not states save at all by opting Obama care it has been more so aimed towards politics and breaking the Obamacare law. “The opt-out is projected to leave 2 to 3 million low-income Americans without coverage”. Even when Obama leaves office November 2016 at the end of his term it is not promised that new laws would override and cancel out Obama Care. Therefore, adding free health insurance as a constitutional Amendment would be better option than something lesser in legislation. In my option free health care is important because no life is less or more important because of their financial statement.
