I attribute to this theory because I have a helping hand attitude or behavior. I love that breeding environment for development, growth, acceleration, success but not only me but also for the people around me. Professionally, I am one of those people who are always in the forefront of organizational citizenship behavior. The theory has four leadership styles – directive, supportive, participative and achievement-orientated styles (Baur, T., & Erdogan, B.). I am of the view that this theory fits my personality because I have internal locus of control, high self-esteem and a good general mental abilities. I don’t believe in stable culture that is characterized by predictability, rules and bureaucracy. I thrive in an environment that is flexible, innovative, supportive, encouraging, respect for individual opinions and of cause rewarded for what I have achieved.
