When it comes to staff shortage in our society, it is a nightmare that affects health care system many organizations as well. In nursing department, it is very complex situations and challenges that we are facing, there is need to recognize why and as a group to be accountable for functioning with this challenge. Influx of registry, part time and temporary contract staff is another problem in health care systems. It is not uncommon to find temporary staff in healthcare settings around the country. There is need for professionals especially the nurses to increase their communication more effectively and efficiently by focus on techniques needed to communicate and collaborate effectively. Continuous training is required with tools to have a meaningful communication is one of the example f techniques to foster and improves communication and collaboration.
