Nowadays, it is normal to see people texting from their cellphone driving. I have lost two of my friends in an accident because they were texting while driving. Once, they were together in a car, driving from Makkah city to Riyadh city. The accident happend in the morning but my friend while he was driving, was texting and his friend was sleeping in the car. They died from it.
Texting and driving is very common with teens and even adults. It is unquestionably dangerous because it distracts the driver, causing them to miss at least five seconds each time to look at their phone. Therefore, there are about 3,000 or more deaths of teens who are texting and driving each year. Even if you’re a first class driver, texting and driving causes many, many deaths, killing the driver and most of the passengers inside the vehicle.
Is your phone more important to you than your spouse? Or even your children? How about a random coworker that works in the same office that you do? When you text while driving your basically saying yes to all of those questions.
