In the 1940s, as far as trade, culture, and politics; all of these three categories have had its pros and cons in this world. It has evolved over the years to make this world a better place. Not even that, but it also has threaten to tear this world apart. In my paper, I will be elaboring on these three factors on how it has changed us and the society as a whole.
As far as trade, it allowed slaves to be taken from the Europeans before the triangle trade, which began in the 1450s between the 1750s. It usually evolves when a region has to export commodities that are not required in the region. The major commodities are to export slaves to America, export sugar, tobacco, and cotton to Europe, and export textiles, rum, and manufactured goods to Africa. In the 1940s around the World War II, many baseball players and celebrities went to war because much of the American culture was focused on that. In the 1940s, they did have a lot of sports as they had today, but they were different in many ways. Now remember the time period, this is 1940s, so World War II was screaming and acting violently in the east, and that will affect a lot in this area of the American culture. But many sports of today were around in the 1940s and have almost the same or same rules and ideas. I changes and gets better over time, caused by people. For instance, baseball is still played today, though only by boys. One of the changes to this clearly stated/particular place in culture is that the All-American Girls Baseball League is no longer available for playing. Girls today play softball. Two more additions to baseball, was it was made simpler for little kids to play. Up north, they have a farm-ball league, baseball for little kids.
