"The internet, one of the greatest technological advances made in the twentieth century, is like an endless database that holds what seems like an infinite amount of data on whatever you could possibly think of. Since 1996, when President Bill Clinton and Vice President Al Gore led a one day movement to get thousands of California schools connected, we had integrated this technology into schools throughout the United States. Now we have nearly thirty-five million students with access to the internet when they’re at school. I remember just four years ago when I was a freshmen and I rarely would use our Learnpads during the entire school year.
