Introduction The government of the United States of America has made its decision. It is time every superhero was held responsible for his or her actions. Each and every one of them. Long have they been patronized for ‘saving the planet’, most have overlooked the havoc that follows. Restoration is the government’s job, and so is upholding the laws and the interity of the nation. You may be above the ground, but surely not above the law. Enter the Superhuman Registration Act (SHRA), 6 U.S.C. S. 558, which required those with naturally occurring superhuman abilities, super abilities acquired through science or magic (including extra-terrestrials and gods), and even non-super powered humans using exotic technology, such as Iron Man, to register as "living weapons of mass destruction." This law shattered the very foundations of the greatest of superhero alliances. Ally turned on ally, friend turned on friend, and the biggest fallout of the confusion came in the form of Steve Rodgers, America’s greatest hero, now fugitive, pitted against Tony Stark, America’s new justice system. Leading Up to SRA A Civil War seems the most likely outcome to the SRA if and when it is passed, but there were a number of reasons that lead to the demand and drafting of the Superhuman Registration Act.
