America is one of the wealthiest nations in the world. Unfortunately as far as healthcare goes it is not the healthiest in the world and this is a matter of concern to healthcare fraternity around the world. There is always the ongoing debate that America has the best healthcare system in the world along with state of the art technologies, yet there are a lot of inefficiencies in the system with lack of insurance and quality issues (Overview of the U.S. Health Care System). Applications are virtualized and services are provided through virtual machines using applications like Citrix ZenApp. It is through these secure machines that the access is given to external associates and other users. Most of these applications are accessible across the web and are susceptible to malicious attacks. It was assumed that malicious attacks and threats would be prevented at the network level. However, it has been recently discovered that around half of the vulnerabilities of any application are found at the application layer.
