For people who may not know, transhumanism is an Utopian social development and philosophy that looks toward a huge leap forward in technological expertise that will open the way for transhumanists to "seize control of of our evolution and make a "post human race with the potential of immortality, but at the price of sabotaging all we hold dearly as human beings. Transhumanists have confidence in their imperishable post human future with a frantic passion that fringes on—and frequently serves as a substitute for religious faith Further more, this strange campaign is getting lots of press exposure. For instance, I remember reading articles by futurist transhumanist authors such as Raymond Kurzweil's "2045: The Year Man Becomes Immortal.", Another interesting article I read was by futurist author Aubrey de Gray, who tries to overcome the human aging process.
