Kieffer Bellows (USNTDP) – USHL In what projects to be a difficult game, Daniel Vladar will be entrusted with goaltending duties against the United States Development Team this weekend. Vladar was considered as one of the best Czech goaltenders for his age group, and was highly successful during his junior career with HC Kladno back home. In North America for the first time, the adjustment to the smaller ice surface has been a challenging one, especially for such a position cognizant goaltender like Vladar. He has been given the majority of the starts for Chicago thus far, and will hope to improve upon his .896 save-percentage. Kieffer Bellows is no stranger to the USHL, having recently won a Clark Cup with the Sioux Falls Stampede. One of the premier players in the league, Bellows addition to the United States Development Team is a positive step in his development, as he will continue to be challenged throughout the year against higher levels of competition than just the USHL.
